You may be wondering, why would an author give away a free book?

A couple of reasons.

First, I wrote this a year or so ago, and since I have so many irons in the fire that I couldn't get around to revising this in the way the publisher asked me to, so I decided to pass on it to work on other projects. I don't like waste – I wrote this, so if I am not going to publish it through the normal channels, I thought, well, what should I do with it? I think it's a pretty cool story, and I'd like people to read it, so I decided what better than to offer it as a thank you bonus read for all my new readers and friends.

Second, I have had emails from a lot of folks asking for Gwen's story, which is told here. If you read my July 2004 Harlequin Blaze release VIRTUALLY PERFECT, you've met Gwen already. If not, you may want to pick up a copy of that book and read it before you read TWIST OF FATE, since this book follows that one. Don't worry – this will be up here for a while, you have some time.

Third, I really like giving presents. :)

And hey, if you don't like it, it's free, right? But I hope you do enjoy it.

Oh, and there are some explicit love scenes, so if you were born after November 21, 1990, off you go, bye-bye. Go read something nice. I don't want your angry parents emailing me.
