Tarot and Astrology

I enjoy using and collecting tarot cards. I have been reading tarot for about seven years now, and I’ve met several other romance writers who read (and I found one publisher who is actually putting out a series of books based on the major arcana, though I forget where I saw it now, probably an e-pub somewhere). The tarot makes an appearance in Virtually Perfect and will likely show up in other books in the future. Below are a few links that provide some worthwhile and fun information (you can get some free online readings as well, though they don’t mean much if you don’t read tarot yourself so you can get the subtleties):

Learning the Tarot-An On-line Course Joan Bunning’s site is a must for anyone learning the basics. She’s also a really nice woman.
William Blake Tarot The Blake tarot is a complex deck to use, it helps to know about some of Blake’s poetry and his life, but even if you don’t this is a very interesting deck to use in relationship to your creative work.
Osho Zen The Osho Zen tarot is very pretty, and a different kind of deck.
The Goddess Tarot My most often used deck, my niece Stacy gave me these and I have found them to be a beautiful and reliable deck to work with. Thanks, Stacy!
I’m looking for some good links on using elemental dignities to read tarot – I do this myself, but I learned from other people who do it, and my understanding is still pretty basic – if you know of any good sites, let me know so I can post them
